The structure has the beneficial effects that through arrangement of sealing rubber strips and rubber rings, resonance of the sound absorption plate is avoided under the action of a high-pressure gas, then an extra noise is not generated, a sound barrier effect is improved, through the arrangement of first sound transmission holes and second sound transmission holes, the sound absorption plate can absorb the noises of various frequencies, and the sound absorption effect of a sound barrier device is ensured.
