Cleaning devices are fixedly mounted at the two ends of the middle of the bottom of the carriage correspondingly, and a motor box is fixedly mounted at the tops of the two cleaning devices. By arranging the lifting plate, the water spraying device, the cleaning device and the like, the purpose of good cleaning effect is achieved, the water spraying device can adjust theflushing angle under the control of the first hydraulic rod so as to achieve flushing of different road sections, the cleaning device can adsorb away residual sewage on the ground, follow-up dust mixing and adhesion are avoided, and the cleaning efficiency is improved. An operator can adjust the height of the whole device according to the condition of a road section, the good road surface cleaningeffect is guaranteed, and in addition, storage and protection can be conducted when the device is not used.
