The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, in particular to a side form of a curved girder prefabricated segment and a construction method of the prefabricated segment. The side form comprises a base, a support and a side form template, the bottom end of the support is connected to the base, the side form template is borne on the support, the support is used for supporting the side form template so that the shape of the side form template can be matched with the shape of the outer side face of a to-be-poured segment, a pushing mechanism is rotationally connected withthe base and used for pushing the base to move in the lengthwise bridge direction and the transverse bridge direction so as to adjust the relative position of the side form template and a matched segment web of the matched segment, and therefore, the side form template moves towards the butt joint position of the matched segment and the to-be-poured segment as much as possible so as to reduce or even eliminate the gap between the side form template and the matched segment. After the to-be-poured segment is poured, the size of the to-be-poured segment and the included angle between the to-be-poured segment and the matched segment both meet preset construction requirements, so that the curve shape of the curved girder is guaranteed, and the forming quality of the to-be-poured segment is improved.
