The invention discloses an ecological restoration device for a black and odorous water body of a riverway. The ecological restoration device comprises a stabilizing mechanism for bearing, a floating object fishing mechanism for fishing floating objects and a bottom treatment mechanism for treating bottom sludge, wherein the floating object fishing mechanism is installed on the stabilizing mechanism; a power mechanism is arranged on the rear side of the floating object fishing mechanism; the bottom of the stabilizing mechanism is connected with a traction mechanism; the lower end of the traction mechanism is connected with the bottom treatment mechanism; a feeding mechanism is installed in the stabilizing mechanism; and a clutch mechanism is arranged on one side of the feeding mechanism. According to the invention, the traction mechanism and the bottom treatment mechanism are matched to effectively turn up sludge at the bottom, the feeding mechanism is used for providing nutrients or oxygen to ecologically restore the sludge, the floating object fishing mechanism is used for water surface treatment, and meanwhile, bottom treatment is cooperatively conducted, so the ecological restoration effect of the riverway is improved.
