The invention provides a preparation method of a novel wall building cementing material. The specific surface area of particles of the novel wall building cementing material is larger than 500 m<2>/kg, the whiteness is larger than 95%, and the fracture resistance strength and the compression resistance strength are 3.6-2.0 mpa and 20.2-48.5 mpa respectively. The method for preparing the novel wallbuilding cementing material comprises the following steps: providing necessary combined materials such as F, CaO, MgO, Al2O3, Fe2O3, SO3, SiO2 and the like in waste slag fluorine slag, heating, performing drying and dehydrating by adopting fuel source oil or gas in a drying kiln to form a fluorine slag cementing material, adding a proper amount of dolomite, performing mixing and grinding to obtain the novel wall building cementing material. The cementing material is mixed with a binder or water according to a ratio of 2:1, and an obtained mixture is used as a painting material for inner and outer walls of industrial and civil constructional engineering houses and roof surfaces of the houses.
本发明提供一种新型墙体建筑胶凝材料的制备方法。所述新型墙体建筑胶凝材料颗粒比表面积大于500m2/kg,白度大于95%,强度抗折抗压分别3.6‑2.0mpa、20.2‑48.5mpa等组成的。用于制备新型墙体建筑胶凝材料的方法可以包括:提供包含所必需的废渣氟渣中的F、CaO、MgO、AL2O3、Fe2O3、SO3、SiO2等组合材料,从而通过干燥窑采用燃料源油或气加热干燥脱水形成的氟渣胶凝材料,适量加入白云石混合粉磨制成的新型墙体建筑胶凝材料,并与粘结剂或水按2:1混合使用于工业及民用等建筑工程房屋内外墙体和房屋顶层面的粉刷用料。
