The invention discloses straw reinforced cement soil and an application thereof. The straw reinforced cement soil comprises the following components by weight: 10-20 parts of cement, 50-60 parts of dry soil, 15-30 parts of water, 2.5-4.5 parts of a curing agent, and 0.1-1.5 parts of straw, wherein the straw length of 5-25mm, and there is 0.1-1.5 parts of straw, and the straw shape comprises a whole circle, a semicircle and a quarter circle. The experiment research is employed, the relation between the length, reinforcement rate, section shape and the like of the straw and the basic mechanicalproperties of the straw cement soil is obtained respectively, the material weight ratio of the straw cement soil is proposed, environmental pollution caused by straw incineration is effectively reduced, straw fibers can serve as reinforcement materials, the breaking strength and compressive strength of the straw cement soil are effectively improved, and the straw cement soil is applied to the construction process of the cement soil mixing pile, so that the comprehensive material cost of construction can be reduced, and resource consumables are saved.
本发明公开了一种秸秆加筋水泥土及应用,包括以下组分及重量比例:水泥10份‑20份,干土50份‑60份,水15份‑30份,固化剂2.5份‑4.5份,秸秆0.1份‑1.5份,秸秆长度5mm‑25mm,秸秆0.1份‑1.5份,秸秆形状包括整圆、半圆、四分之一圆,采用试验研究,分别获得秸秆长度、加筋率、断面形状等与秸秆水泥土基本力学性能的关系,提出秸秆水泥土的材料重量比例,有效降低秸秆焚烧带来的环境污染,由于秸秆纤维可以作为加筋材料,有效提高秸秆水泥土的抗折强度和抗压强度,并将秸秆水泥土应用于水泥土搅拌桩的施工工艺中,可以使施工的综合材料成本下降,节约资源耗材。
