High-performance road rubber concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of cement-based building materials, in particular to high-performance road rubber concrete and a preparation method thereof. According to the scheme, the high-performance road rubber concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: cement, fly ash, river sand, rubber aggregate, modified rubber powder, steel slag coarse aggregate, a water reducingagent, a reinforcing aid and water. The preparation process of the modified rubber powder comprises the following steps: crushing a tire to obtain rubber powder, uniformly mixing the rubber powder with a water glass solution, adding a viscosity adjusting copolymer solution, and drying. The viscosity adjusting copolymer is formed by polymerizing isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether, methyl methacrylate, N, N-dimethylacrylamide and di (methacryloyloxyethyl) hydrogen phosphate; and the reinforcing aid is a mixture of fluosilicate, alkylol amine, aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, octadecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride and sodium polyacrylate. The high-performance road rubber concrete disclosed by the invention is strong in loading capacity, high in toughness, high in deformation resistance andhigh in durability, and can be used for highway pavement engineering under heavy-load traffic.
本发明涉及水泥基建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种高性能路用橡胶混凝土及其制备方法。本方案中的高性能路用橡胶混凝土,组成原料为水泥、粉煤灰、河砂、橡胶集料、改性橡胶粉、钢渣粗集料、减水剂、增强助剂和水。改性橡胶粉制备工艺为:轮胎破碎得橡胶粉,将橡胶粉与水玻璃溶液混匀后加入调粘共聚物溶液后干燥。调粘共聚物由异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、N,N‑二甲基丙烯酰胺、磷酸氢二(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)酯聚合而成;增强助剂为氟硅酸盐、醇胺、磷酸二氢铝、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、聚丙烯酸钠混合物。本方案中的高性能路用橡胶混凝土承压能力强、高韧性、高抗变形性以及高耐久性,可用于重载交通下的公路路面工程。
