According to the technical scheme, the preparation method comprisesthe following steps of by taking 80-92wt% of alumina raw material micro powder, 5-11wt% of carbon black and 3-9wt% of silicon dioxide micro powder as raw materials, firstly, mixing the carbon black and the silicon dioxide micro powder in a planetary ball mill to obtain a mixture, adding the alumina raw material micro powder into the mixture, uniformly mixing in a planetary ball mill, and carryingout mechanical pressing under the condition of 100-200 MPa to obtain a green body, and finally, drying the green body for 12-36 hours under the condition of 110-200 DEG C, and preserving heat for 3-8hours under the condition of carbon burying at 1550-1750 DEG C to obtain the in-situ silicon carbide whisker reinforced lightweight alumina clinker. The prepared in-situ silicon carbide whisker reinforced lightweight alumina clinker has the characteristics of small pore diameter, high strength, good thermal shock resistance and strong slag resistance.
