In-situ generated silicon carbide whisker reinforced graphite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of graphite composite materials, in particular to an in-situ generated silicon carbide whisker reinforced graphite material and a preparation method thereof. The in-situ generated silicon carbide whisker reinforced graphite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of diamond micro powder, 6-60 parts of active silicon powder, 3-60 parts of active carbon black, 5-10 parts of a binder and 0.5-3 parts of a surfactant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing slurry: weighing the raw materials in parts by weight, and uniformly mixing to prepare the slurry; (2) drying, grinding and crushing the slurry, and finally sieving and granulating; (3) carrying out compression molding to obtain a solid block material; (4) generating silicon carbide whiskers in situ under a high-temperature condition; and (5) putting the block material treated in the step (4) into a mold, then putting the mold into a sintering furnace, and sintering under a high-temperature condition to obtain the in-situ generated silicon carbide whisker reinforced graphite material. According to the invention, the active carbon black is introduced as a second carbon source, and the micron-sized diamond micro-powder is adopted to replace the currently common nano-sized diamond, so that the production cost of the material is greatly reduced on the premise of not reducing the material performance, and the industrial application of the high-performance graphite material is promoted.
本发明涉及石墨复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种原位生成碳化硅晶须增强石墨材料及其制备方法。所述原位生成碳化硅晶须增强石墨材料按重量份数包括以下原料:金刚石微粉100份、活性硅粉6‑60份、活性碳黑3‑60份、粘结剂5‑10份、表面活性剂0.5‑3份。制备方法如下:(1)浆料制备:按上述重量份数称原料,混合均匀,制得浆料;(2)将浆料烘干、研磨、破碎,最后过筛造粒;(3)模压成型,得到固体块材;(4)高温条件下,原位生成碳化硅晶须;(5)将步骤(4)处理的块体材料,放入模具内,然后装入烧结炉内,高温条件下进行烧结,得到原位生成碳化硅晶须增强石墨材料。本发明通过引入活性碳黑作为第二碳源,且采用微米级金刚石微粉替代目前常用的纳米级金刚石,在不降低材料性能的前提下,大大降低了材料生产成本,有利于推动高性能石墨材料的产业化应用。
