The invention discloses a special castable for a flue of a secondary combustion chamber of a hazardous waste garbage incinerator and a preparation method of the special castable. The castable is prepared from 4-6 parts of high-temperature ceramic chips, 2-4 parts of silica, 1-2 parts of silicon carbide micropowder, 1-2 parts of a binding agent, 0.1-0.2 part of a coagulation accelerator and 0.07-0.1 part of an anti-explosion agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a, weighing the above raw materials in proportion, adding the weighed raw materials into a stirring pot, carrying out dry stirring for 2 minutes, adding a binding agent, carrying out wet stirring for 5 minutes, pouring the obtained mixture into a mold, and carrying out vibration slurry discharge; and b, afterplacing for 24 hours, removing the mold, conducting baking in a baking oven, and detecting indexes after baking at the highest baking temperature of 150 DEG C for 24 hours. In the step a, after the materials are stirred, construction is finished within 24 hours, rain should be avoided after pouring, an on-site construction temperature needs to be higher than 5 DEG C, maintenance time needs to be no shorter than 24 hours, and slow and strict curve baking is needed during furnace baking. The ceramic chip adopted by the invention is a semi-siliceous material, has good acid resistance, and can endure scouring of dust in the flue due to high hardness, so wear resistance is excellent, and service life can be effectively prolonged.
本发明公开了一种危废垃圾焚烧炉二燃室烟道专用浇注料及其制备方法，该浇注料由高温瓷片4‑6份、硅石2‑4份、碳化硅微粉1‑2份、结合剂1‑2份、促凝剂0.1‑0.2份和防爆剂0.07‑0.1份。该制备方法包括：a、所用原料按配比称重，加入搅拌锅内干拌2min，再加入结合剂，湿拌到5min，入模浇注振动出浆；b、放置24h拆模，进行烘箱烘烤，烘烤最高温度150℃*24h之后检测指标。步骤a中，所述材料搅拌好后24h施工结束，浇注后不得淋雨，现场施工温度需大于5℃，保养时间不得小于24h，烘炉时须缓慢，严格按曲线烘烤。本发明采用的瓷片是一种半硅质材料，耐酸性能好，又因其硬度大，能够经受烟道中粉尘的冲刷，因此耐磨性优良，能够有效延长使用寿命。
