The invention aims to provide an expressway deceleration crash barrier, which combines two functions of collision avoidance and automobile deceleration to improve the driving safety of an expressway.The expressway deceleration crash barrier comprises a plurality of fixing columns, a cross rod used for being connected with the fixing columns, a plurality of supporting columns, sleeves and connecting rods, the top ends of the supporting columns are fixedly connected with the cross rod or the fixing columns through the connecting rods, the sleeves are installed on the supporting columns throughbearings, suction cup devices and/or protruding deceleration protruding parts are arranged on the outer circumferential faces of the sleeves at intervals, the bottom ends of the sleeves are provided with protruding deceleration blades used for being buried underground. When an automobile brake fails and the side face collides with the sleeves, the side face of the automobile is sucked by the suction cup devices or blocked by the deceleration protruding parts, so that the sleeves are driven to rotate, due to the fact that the deceleration blades are arranged at the bottom ends of the sleeves, the sleeves can bear great resistance of the deceleration blades during rotation, the resistance is transferred to the automobile through the sleeves, and resistance is provided for automobile deceleration.
