The invention aims to provide an expressway deceleration crash barrier, which combines two functions of collision avoidance and automobile deceleration to improve the driving safety of an expressway.The expressway deceleration crash barrier comprises a plurality of fixing columns and transverse rods used for being connected with the fixing columns, and is characterized in that the expressway deceleration crash barrier further comprises a plurality of supporting columns, deceleration cylinders and connecting rods, the top ends of the supporting columns are fixedly connected with the transverserods or the fixing columns through the connecting rods, and the deceleration cylinders are arranged on the supporting columns in a sleeving mode; the bottom ends and the top ends of the decelerationcylinders are movably connected with the supporting columns through bearings respectively, and the bottom ends of the supporting columns protrude out of the bottom ends of the deceleration cylinders downwards; sucker devices and/or protruding deceleration protrusions are arranged on the outer circumferential faces of the deceleration cylinders at intervals, gaps are formed between the decelerationcylinders and the supporting columns and filled with filler, and deceleration teeth are arranged on the inner walls of the deceleration cylinders.
