The invention discloses a steel pipe column V-shaped steel support construction method. The method comprises the steps that an embedded steel beam is installed on the side of a steel pipe column, andembedded end plates are installed at the end of the embedded steel beam; pouring is conducted on the embedded steel beam construction areas except the embedded end plates; during pouring, the closed end of a V-shaped supporting piece is installed on the steel pipe column, and the two ends of the opening end of the V-shaped supporting piece correspond to the two adjacent embedded end plates correspondingly; first connecting lug plates are installed at the two ends of the opening end of the V-shaped supporting piece correspondingly; and the ends, away from the V-shaped supporting piece, of the first connecting lug plates are welded to the corresponding embedded end plates. When the floor embedded steel beam concrete structure is poured, post-pouring areas are reserved at the embedded end plates of the embedded steel beam, concrete is poured in the post-pouring areas after structural parts needing to be welded between the embedded end plates and the steel pipe column are welded, and the influence of high temperature in the welding process on the strength of the concrete structure is avoided.
本发明公开了一种钢管柱V型钢支撑施工方法,包括步骤:于钢管柱的侧部安装预埋钢梁并于所述预埋钢梁的端部安装预埋端板;对除安装所述预埋端板以外的所述预埋钢梁施工区域进行浇筑;浇筑的同时将V型支撑件的封闭端安装于所述钢管柱上,并使所述V型支撑件开口端的两端分别对应于相靠近的两个所述预埋端板;于V型支撑件开口端的两端分别安装第一连接耳板;将所述第一连接耳板远离所述V型支撑件的一端焊接于对应的所述预埋端板上。本发明在浇筑楼面预埋钢梁混凝土结构时在预埋钢梁的预埋端板处预留后浇筑区域,待预埋端板和钢管柱之间需焊接的结构件焊接完成后再于后浇筑区域浇筑混凝土,避免焊接时的高温对混凝土结构强度造成影响。
