The invention discloses an energy-saving green building structure capable of preventing heat loss and an adjusting method thereof. The left side of a building structure is provided with a window opening communicating with the outside and the building structure, a window is fixed in the window opening, and the right side of the building structure is provided with an entering cavity communicating with the outside and the building structure; and the building structure is characterized in that a blocking mechanism for cutting off communication between the building structure and the outside is arranged in the entering cavity. When an air conditioner is used in a building space for temperature adjustment, a moving mechanism and a guardrail mechanism are enabled to work according to needs, so that a relatively closed space is formed in the building, rapid refrigeration or heating of the air conditioner is facilitated, meanwhile, rapid heat loss or high-efficiency heat exchange can be prevented, therefore, the utilization rate of energy is improved, energy conservation is facilitated, in addition, due to the cooperation of the moving mechanism and the guardrail mechanism, air in the spaceis automatically replaced when the space is defined by the periphery, and air pollution in the narrow space is prevented.
