The invention discloses an energy-saving green building structure capable of preventing heat loss and an adjusting method thereof, and relates to the technical field of constructional engineering.The energy-saving green building structure comprises a main body, a perspective window is arranged at the front end of the main body, a damping device is arranged below the main body, and a solar panel is arranged on one side of the main body; a heat preservation mechanism is arranged on the outer surface of the upper end of the solar panel, a fixing and limiting device is arranged at the lower end of the solar panel, and a temperature monitoring device is arranged on one side of the solar panel. Under the combined action of the anti-rust layer, the heat preservation layer, the protection layer, the anti-corrosion layer and the coloring layer, the building structure can have the heat preservation function, the internal temperature of the building structure is prevented from being reduced, the practicability of the building structure can be improved, and the anti-rust layer refers to two minium anti-rust paints brushed before heat preservation of the building structure and after surface oil dirt and rust are removed; and the heat preservation layer can prevent condensation water from being generated in the building structure to cause temperature reduction, and meanwhile, the heat preservation layer can play a sealing role to avoid heat loss.
