The invention relates to a floor, in particular to a PVC floor and a preparation process thereof. The PVC floor comprises a main board, L-shaped connecting edges, triangular grooves and L-shaped connecting grooves, and the L-shaped connecting edges are arranged on the two adjacent side faces of the main board; and the L-shaped connecting grooves are formed in the other two side faces of the main board, and the multiple triangular grooves are formed in the lower side of the main board from left to right. The method comprises the following steps of S1, after a right-angle seat I and a right-angle seat II form a rectangular shape, PVC materials are poured into the rectangular shape, and the multiple triangular grooves in the lower side of the main board are formed by a plurality of triangularedges; the L-shaped connecting edges on the main board are formed by the L-shaped grooves, and the L-shaped connecting grooves in the main board are formed by the L-shaped edges; and S2, when an electric push rod II extends and retracts, a pressing plate is driven to slide up and down, so that the right-angle seat I and the right-angle seat II are pressed through the pressing plate; and two circular grooves are formed in the main board through two pressing columns, and two transverse grooves are formed in the main plate through two pressing edges.
