The invention discloses a water-reducing steel slag modifier as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The water-reducing steel slag modifier is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 24-31% of water glass, 19-25% of sodium sulfate, 13-18% of sodium citrate, 4-9% of polycarboxylic acid powder and 17-40% of silica fume, totaling 100%. The percentages are mass percentages. The sodium citrate is used, so that the activity of the steel slag in the hydration process can be effectively excited, and hydration of cement and active components in the steel slagin the curing process can be inhibited. And the added sodium sulfate and water glass can destroy the compact crystal structure of the steel slag, so that the steel slag can be hydrated again to generate a C-S-H structure. Polycarboxylic acid is added, due to the comb-shaped structure of the polycarboxylic acid, free calcium oxide in the steel slag can be reduced, the volume stability of the polycarboxylic acid in concrete can be improved, expansion of the polycarboxylic acid is reduced, then the compaction characteristic and the structural stability of the steel slag are improved, and a new choice is provided for resource utilization of the steel slag.
本发明公开了一种减水型钢渣改性剂及其制备方法和应用,减水型钢渣改性剂由以下原料制备得到:水玻璃24~31%,硫酸钠19~25%,柠檬酸钠13~18%,聚羧酸粉体4~9%,硅灰17~40%,总量100%;所述百分比均为质量百分比。使用了柠檬酸钠可以有效的激发水化过程中钢渣的活性,又可以抑制在养护过程中水泥及钢渣中活性组分的水化。加入硫酸钠和水玻璃可以破坏钢渣的致密晶体结构使其重新可以水化生成C‑S‑H结构。加入聚羧酸,由于聚羧酸的梳状结构可以减少钢渣中的游离氧化钙,还可以增加其在混凝土中的体积稳定性,减少其膨胀,进而改善钢渣的压实特性以及结构的稳定性,为钢渣的资源化利用提供了一种新的选择。
