Silicon-aluminum-based lightweight concrete material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to a silicon-aluminum-based lightweight concrete material. The concrete material is prepared from the following raw materials inparts by weight: 90-100 parts of Portland cement clinker, 30-40 parts of fly ash, 5-10 parts of silicon dioxide aerogel, 10-15 parts of acrylic emulsion, 40-50 parts of expanded vermiculite strings,20-30 parts of vitrified micro bubble strings, 2-4 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 1-2 parts of triisopropanolamine, 3-6 parts of sodium lignin sulfonate, 1-3 parts of UKFA high-performanceconcrete diagenesulfonate, and 40-60 parts of water. The concrete obtained by the invention has excellent crack resistance, carbonization resistance and corrosion resistance, and has higher strength.
