The invention provides a lightweight high-strength concrete material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing cement, silica fume, saw mud, fly ash floating beads, hollow glass beads, fly ash coarse ash and ceramsite according to preset parts by weight, mixing, adding a preset amount of water, and fully and uniformly mixing to obtain a raw material mixture; adding the rest water and a preset amount of water reducing agent into the raw material mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain concrete slurry; and molding and curing the concrete slurry to obtain the light high-strength concrete material. Through the mode, the defects that traditional lightweight aggregate is low in strength, high in water absorption capacity and prone to layering can be overcome, the compactness, the homogeneity and the mechanical property of concrete can be fully improved, and higher strength can be achieved on the premise that the volume weight of the concrete is reduced; the prepared lightweight high-strength concrete material has low volume weight and high strength, and unification of lightweight and high strength of a cement-based material is realized.
本发明提供了一种轻质高强混凝土材料及其制备方法。本发明通过按照预设的重量份数称取水泥、硅灰、锯泥、粉煤灰漂珠、空心玻璃微珠、粉煤灰粗灰、陶粒后将其混合,再加入预定量的水,充分混匀后得到原料混合物;向原料混合物中加入剩余的水和预定量的减水剂,搅拌均匀后得到混凝土浆体;将混凝土浆体成型、养护后,得到轻质高强混凝土材料。通过上述方式,本发明不仅能够弥补传统轻质骨料强度低吸水量高且容易分层的缺点,还能够充分提高混凝土的密实性、匀质性及其力学性能,在降低混凝土容重的前提下可以达到更高的强度,使制得的轻质高强混凝土材料同时具有了较低的容重和较高的强度,实现了水泥基材料轻质与高强度的统一。
