Intermediate frequency furnace high-strength breathable sand
The invention relates to the technical field of air-permeable sand, in particular to intermediate frequency furnace high-strength air-permeable sand which is formed by mixing the following materials in percentage by mass: 50-70% of corundum aggregate, 8-15% of magnesia, 10-15% of alumina fine powder and 4-6% of alumina gel powder. During production, the alumina fine powder and the alumina gel powder are fully and uniformly mixed, then the magnesia and the corundum aggregate are sequentially poured during stirring, and the air-permeable sand is obtained after uniform mixing. The air-permeable sand is sintered after being added between an air-permeable brick at the bottom of an intermediate frequency furnace and a furnace lining in bulk, the air-permeable brick cannot be damaged due to low expansibility of the air-permeable sand, meanwhile, the air-permeable sand has good air permeability and high strength after being sintered, and therefore the service life of the intermediate frequencyfurnace is prolonged.
本发明涉及透气砂技术领域,尤其涉及一种中频炉高强度透气砂,其由刚玉骨料、镁砂、氧化铝细粉、以及铝凝胶粉混合而成,各物料的质量百分比为:刚玉骨料50‑70%,镁砂8‑15%,氧化铝细粉10‑15%,铝凝胶粉4‑6%。生产时,把氧化铝细粉和铝凝胶粉充分混合均匀后,再在搅拌时依次倒入镁砂和刚玉骨料,混合均匀后即为透气砂。本发明的透气砂在以散料加入到中频炉底部的透气砖和炉衬之间后,经过烧结,因其膨胀性低,不会破坏透气砖,同时其烧结后具有较好的透气性和高强度,从而提高了中频炉的使用寿命。
