The invention discloses waterproof foam light soil and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of building materials. The waterproof foam light soil provided by the invention comprisesthe following components in parts by mass: 40-78 parts of cement, 5-15 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 6-25 parts of ultrafine ash and 8-16 parts of a foaming agent. The preparation method comprises thefollowing steps: adding water into cement, ultrafine ash and desulfurized gypsum, and uniformly mixing to obtain cement paste; preparing a foaming agent into foam, introducing the foam into the cement paste, and stirring to obtain the waterproof foam light soil. The foamed light soil provided by the invention has both mechanical properties and waterproof properties, is simple in preparation process, convenient to operate, suitable for large-scale production, low in construction cost and capable of effectively saving manpower and material resources, and can be widely applied to retaining walls, playgrounds, sandwich components, pipeline backfill, lean concrete packing layers, roof slopes, supporting of storage tank bottom feet, landscaping, national defense and expressways.
本发明公开了一种防水型泡沫轻质土及其制备方法，涉及建筑材料领域。本发明提供的防水型泡沫轻质土包括按质量份数计的如下组分：水泥40～78份，脱硫石膏5－15份，超细灰6－25份，发泡剂8～16份。所述防水型泡沫轻质土通过将水泥、超细灰、脱硫石膏加水混合均匀得到水泥浆体；将发泡剂制成泡沫导入水泥浆体中，搅拌得到防水型泡沫轻质土。本发明提供的泡沫轻质土兼顾力学性能和防水性能且制备工艺简单，操作方便，适用大规模生产，工程造价低，能有效节约人力物力。可广泛应用于挡土墙、运动场、夹芯构件、管线回填、贫混凝土填层、屋面边坡、储罐底脚的支撑、园林绿化、国防以及高速公路。
