The invention discloses a combined foundation pile composed of a steel pipe pile and a cement soil pile. The cement soil pile wraps the steel pipe pile; the steel pipe pile comprises an upper pile, alower pile and a circular truss at the bottom; the diameter of the upper pile is smaller than the diameter of the lower pile; the steel pipe pile further comprises a steel connecting part connecting the upper pile and the lower pile; the steel connecting part is a stepped cylinder with a small upper portion and a large lower portion; a steel sleeve is arranged at the outer side of the upper pile;lubricating media are arranged between the steel sleeve and the upper pile; a flange plate is fixed to the outer side of the bottom end of the steel sleeve; an elastic pad is arranged between the flange plate and the step face of a large-diameter cylinder of the steel connecting part; a steel plate is fixed to the height middle of the elastic pad; the flange plate is connected with the steel platein elastic pad; the steel plate in the elastic pad is connected with the steel connecting part; and a plurality of inverted L-shaped steel plates are arranged at the outer side of the steel sleeve ata joint of a soft soil layer and a neutral soil layer along the circumference. According to the combined foundation pile composed of the steel pipe pile and the cement soil pile, the pile side friction resistance of the whole pile length in each soil layer can be fully improved, so that the bearing capacity of the foundation pile is improved.
