The device is characterized by comprising a tubular pile, a reinforcement cage extending into the tubular pile and a supporting plate fixed to the end of the reinforcement cage, wherein the supporting plate comprises a fixed plate and a movable plate, the fixed plate and the movable plate are spliced to block the tubular pile, the fixed plate and the reinforcement cage are in welded connection, a groove is formed in the top end of the butt joint portion of thefixed plate and the movable plate, and a hinge is installed in the groove. According to the device, the end, connected with the supporting plate, of the reinforcement cage extends into the tubular pile, and the movable plate can be lifted up when abutting against a residual pile and falls after passing through the residual pile to block the tubular pile; and the device is convenient and simple tomanufacture and low in cost, an original construction mode is not changed, a closed space can be formed through plugging, an internal filling core is ensured to be dense and vibratile, the construction quality is guaranteed, the construction quality is ensured, and therefore, materials are saved to a great extent, unnecessary material waste is avoided, and energy-saving and environment-friendly construction is achieved.
