The invention discloses an ecological roof system capable of automatically regulating, controlling and utilizing rainwater. The ecological roof system is characterized by comprising a roof surface layer, a green roof module and a blue roof module; the roof surface layer is provided with a waterproof layer, a thermal insulation layer and a roof structure layer from top to bottom; the green roof module comprises a planting groove, the planting groove sequentially comprises a substrate layer, a filtering layer, a water draining and storing layer and a root blocking layer from top to bottom, wherein a humidity sensor is arranged in the substrate layer, and an automatic water draining valve is arranged on the water draining and storing layer; the blue roof module comprises a water storage pooland an overhead corridor, wherein the water storage pool is located on the outer ring of the planting groove, and the overhead corridor is located above the water storage pool; and the green roof module and the blue roof module are fixed on the roof surface layer. Aiming at the defects of low in-situ cyclic utilization efficiency of roof rainwater, high operation cost of a green roof and the like,the ecological roof system capable of automatically regulating, controlling and utilizing rainwater is provided, and the system is simple in structure, convenient to operate, low in operation cost and capable of effectively improving the effect of sponge city construction.
