Efficient quicklime slaking device and slaking method
The invention relates to an efficient quicklime slaking device and slaking method. The main body is formed by combining six stages of module devices, and a dust collecting and dehumidifying device isconnected to the top of the three-stage slaking and decomposition device. The dust collecting and dehumidifying device comprises a pulse dust collector, the top of the pulse dust collector is connected with a spray tower through an induced draft fan, hot water collected at the bottom of the spray tower enters a circulating water tank, the circulating water tank is further connected with a water supplementing pipe, and an outlet of the circulating water tank is communicated with interlayers in the third-stage slaking and decomposition device and the fourth-stage decomposition and curing device,and the circulating water tank is used for absorbing heat of the steam, and is further connected with a water supply device on the second-stage water distribution pre-slaking device. The dust collecting device and the steam absorption device are arranged in the device, and energy conservation and high efficiency are achieved; and self-cleaning shaft teeth are adopted, the equipment operation is stable, the parking time is shortened, and labor intensity is relieved.
本发明涉及一种生石灰高效消化装置和消化方法。主体由六级模块装置组合组成,粉尘收集除湿装置连接在三级消化分解装置顶部。所述的粉尘收集除湿装置包括脉冲除尘器,脉冲除尘器顶部通过引风机与喷淋塔连接,喷淋塔的底部收集的热水进入循环水池,循环水池上还连接有补水管,所述循环水池的出口与三级消化分解装置、四级分解熟化装置内部的夹层连通,用于吸收蒸汽的热量,然后进一步连接二级配水预消化装置上的供水装置。本发明内置粉尘收集装置、蒸汽吸收装置,节能高效;采用自清洁轴齿,设备运行稳定,降低停车时间和劳动强度。
