The invention discloses a quicklime slaking device and a using method thereof.The quicklime slaking device comprises a tank body, an exhaust pipe, an electric valve and a temperature sensor, the exhaust pipe is arranged outside the tank body, one end of the exhaust pipe is connected with the top of the tank body, an exhaust port is formed in the joint of the tank body and the exhaust pipe, and the other end of the exhaust pipe is connected with negative pressure equipment; and the electric valve is arranged on the exhaust pipe, and the temperature sensor is arranged at the top of the tank body and penetrates through the tank body. The temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature in the tank body, the exhaust pipe is connected with the negative pressure equipment, and when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature in the tank body is too high, the electric valve is opened, part of gas in the tank body is pumped away, and the temperature in the tank body is reduced to the temperature suitable for reaction. When the temperature sensor detects that the temperature in the tank body is too low, the electric valve is closed, and the temperature in the tank body rises to the temperature suitable for reaction, so that the reaction in the tank body is maintained at the optimal working condition, and efficient and stable operation of the quick lime digestion process is realized.
