The invention discloses an anti-cracking low-heat-transfer enhanced vertical blocking barrier material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The enhanced vertical barrier wall material is composed of in-situ soil, polymer modified bentonite and an additive. The polymer is selected from polyanionic cellulose or xanthan gum. The additive comprises the following main components: acementing material (granulated blast furnace slag and fly ash), an alkali activator (active magnesium oxide and cement) and a reinforcing agent (basalt fiber and biochar). Compared with a traditionalbarrier material, the enhanced vertical barrier wall material has the following characteristics that: the enhanced vertical barrier wall material has a stronger adsorption characteristic on heavy metal-organic matter combined pollution soluble substances; the adsorption capacity of the enhanced vertical barrier wall material is improved by 10-30%; the water-retaining property of the enhanced vertical barrier wall material is improved by 10-20%; the permeability coefficient of the enhanced vertical barrier wall material can still be kept smaller than 1*10 <-9> m/s under the action of a combinedpollution solution; the enhanced vertical barrier wall material has low heat transfer performance; and the enhanced vertical barrier wall material is suitable for being combined with other repair technologies.
本发明公开了一种抗开裂低传热增强型竖向屏障材料及其制备方法与应用。该增强型竖向阻隔墙材料由原位土、聚合物改性膨润土、添加剂组成。其中,聚合物选用聚阴离子纤维素或黄原胶。添加剂主要成分为:胶凝材料(粒化高炉矿渣、粉煤灰)、碱激发剂(活性氧化镁、水泥)、增强剂(玄武岩纤维、生物炭)。相较于传统阻隔材料,该增强型竖向阻隔墙材料具备如下特性:对重金属‑有机物复合污染溶物具备更强的吸附特性,吸附能力提升10‑30%,保水性提升了10‑20%,在复合污染溶液作用下,渗透系数仍能保持<1×10‑9m/s,同时具备低传热性能,适合与其他修复技术联用。
