Magnesium phosphate-based repair material
The invention discloses a magnesium phosphate-based repairing material, and relates to the field of building materials. The repairing material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30-50% of magnesium phosphate cement, 5-20% of fly ash microspheres, 1-6% of modified polymer rubber powder, 3-6% of a retarder, 0.1-1% of a water-retaining agent, 30-50% of graded sand andthe balance of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the raw material components according to the ratio, carrying out dry stirring for 60 s, adding water, carrying outlow-speed stirring for 30 s to preliminarily react the raw materials with water, and carrying out high-speed stirring for 90 s to make the raw materials uniform. According to the invention, by optimizing the ratio of dead burnt magnesite powder to potassium dihydrogen phosphate and adding fly ash and polymer rubber powder, the bonding strength of the material is improved, firm bonding with an original interface is ensured, the durability is improved, meanwhile, the setting time and the construction performance are adjusted through the retarding component and the water retention component, anda good construction effect is achieved.
