The invention discloses a prefabricated assembly type corrugated steel web composite beam bridge. The bridge comprises a prefabricated concrete top plate, prefabricated corrugated steel webs, a prefabricated bottom plate and a cast-in-place concrete bottom plate, wherein the components are ingeniously connected by arranging diversified connecting keys; the invention further discloses a construction method of the prefabricated corrugated steel web composite girder bridge, the corrugated steel web composite box girder section is divided into four components, three of the four components can be prefabricated in a standardized mode, one component can be poured on site, the prefabricating speed is greatly increased through standardized prefabricating, and the cost is reduced; and meanwhile, thewhole large-section box girder section is divided into four parts, so hoisting difficulty is greatly reduced, the construction speed is increased, and environmental pollution caused by construction is reduced.
