The invention discloses a prefabricated corrugated steel-concrete deck type bridge and a construction method thereof, relates to a deck type bridge and a construction method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problems that an existing arch bridge structure is insufficient in bearing capacity and slow in cast-in-place construction. The deck type bridge comprises a corrugated steel-concrete arch body, a plurality of stand columns and a bridge deck slab, the corrugated steel-concrete arch body is formed by connecting a plurality of prefabricated corrugated steel-concrete sections, and column heads are arranged on the upper surfaces of part of the prefabricated corrugated steel-concrete sections to form the prefabricated corrugated steel-concrete sections with the column heads, and bridge deck slabs are erected on the top faces of the stand columns; the prefabricated corrugated steel-concrete sections are of a single-layer corrugated steel-concrete structure or a double-layer corrugated steel-concrete structure. The section is stable and high in bearing capacity, the possibility of local buckling of the corrugated steel section in the installation process is reduced, the corrugated steel plays a part of formwork role, formwork construction is reduced, and the construction speed is increased.
预制装配式波纹钢‑混凝土上承式桥梁及其施工方法,本发明涉及一种上承式桥梁及其施工方法,它要解决现有拱桥结构承载力不足,以及现场浇筑施工慢的技术问题。本发明上承式桥梁包括波纹钢‑混凝土拱身、多根立柱和桥面板,其中波纹钢‑混凝土拱身由多段预制波纹钢‑混凝土节段连接而成,在部分预制波纹钢‑混凝土节段的上表面设置有柱头形成含有柱头的预制波纹钢‑混凝土节段,立柱的柱顶面搭设桥面板;所述的预制波纹钢‑混凝土节段是单层波纹钢‑混凝土结构或者双层波纹钢‑混凝土结构。本发明节段稳定承载力高,降低了波纹钢节段在安装过程中出现局部屈曲的可能性,且波纹钢起到部分模板作用,减少模板施工,提高施工速度。
