The fixing supporting plate comprises asupporting body, wherein two supporting plates are arranged up and down on one side of the supporting body, the two supporting plates are connected through a folding plate, a concentric-square-shapedgroove and a limiting device are arranged in each supporting plate, fixing plates are arranged on two sides of the supporting plate, an inclined plate is fixedly mounted on each fixing plate, and sliding and sizing devices are arranged on inclining plates on two sides; a first groove is formed in the supporting body, and a first sliding extrusion device and a second sliding extrusion device are arranged on a groove wall of the first groove; two bottom dies corresponding to the two supporting plates are separately arranged below the two supporting plates, the two bottom dies are connected through the folding plate, a strip-type chambered grooves are formed in the bottom dies, and an angle adjusting mechanism for adjusting an included angle between the two bottom dies is arranged below the bottom dies. Through the angle adjusting mechanism, hydraulic engineering revetments with different included angles and revetments with bumps on two surfaces are produced, so that the practicality andthe convenience of the equipment are improved.
