The invention provides a construction method for underneath passing of a pipeline through a cable trench. The construction method comprises the steps that paying-off positioning is conducted on steelsheet piles on the two sides of a pipeline; a steel sheet pile is constructed; earthwork on the two sides of the cable trench is excavated; a suspension supporting structure is mounted on the cable trench; earthwork in a pipeline foundation pit is excavated to the elevation position of the bottom of a cushion layer, and the cushion layer is constructed at the bottom of the foundation pit; after the strength of the cushion layer constructed in the excavation step reaches the preset strength, a pipeline is installed, and joint treatment of the pipeline is conducted; and layered backfilling is conducted on fertilizer grooves in the two sides of the pipeline. According to the construction method, construction is conducted by means of steel sheet piles, I-shaped steel, steel inner supports andthe like, pipeline installation is conducted in a supporting mode of steel sheet pile supporting and overhanging supporting, the stability of a foundation pit can be well guaranteed through the steelsheet pile supporting, safety and stability of the cable trench in the earth excavation process of the bottom of the cable trench can be guaranteed through the overhanging supporting, and safety construction is guaranteed.
本发明提供了一种管线下穿电缆沟的施工方法,该施工方法包括:对管线两侧的钢板桩进行放线定位;进行钢板桩的施工;将电缆沟两侧的土方挖除;在电缆沟上安装悬吊支护结构;将管线基坑内的土方挖除至垫层底标高处,并在基坑底部进行垫层的施工;在所述开挖步骤施工的垫层强度达到预设强度后,进行管线的安装,并进行管线的接口处理;对所述管线的两侧肥槽进行分层回填。本发明借助钢板桩、工字钢、钢内支撑等进行施工,采用钢板桩支护和悬挑支护的支护方式,进行管线安装,钢板桩支护能较好保证基坑的稳定性,悬吊支护可以保证电缆沟底部土方开挖过程中电缆沟安全与稳定,确保安全施工。
