The invention discloses a secondary pouring and retaining advanced water stop structure for a post-cast strip of a basement bottom plate and a construction method. The secondary pouring and retainingadvanced water stop structure comprises the bottom plate, the post-cast strip, a trapezoidal advanced water stop strip on the lower portion of the bottom plate, a middle-buried rubber water stop strip, single-component polyurethane sealant, an EPS heat preservation material, a butyl steel plate water stop strip and a reserved rabbet. The construction method comprises the steps that steel bars forfixing the rubber water stop strip are machined, the reserved rabbet is retained, and the steel bars are bound; battens are pre-buried in the reserved rabbet; bilateral concrete is poured until the basement bottom plate is flush with the surfaces of the battens; and after first-time pouring, the steel bars of the basement bottom plate are bound, the post-cast strip is separated through a fast-ribbed formwork, and bottom plate concrete on the two sides of the post-cast strip is poured for the second time. By adopting the secondary pouring and retaining advanced water stop construction method, the bottom plate concrete and the advanced water stop strip concrete are connected into a whole through the reserved rabbet, the construction quality of the concrete at the position is improved, meanwhile, basement backfilling is completed in advance, main body construction is completed as soon as possible, post-cast strip advanced water stop measures are adopted, rainfall is stopped in advance, and resources are saved.
本发明公开一种地下室底板后浇带二次浇筑留置超前止水结构及施工方法，包括底板、后浇带、底板下部梯形超前止水带、中埋式橡胶止水带、单组分聚氨酯密封胶、EPS保温材料、丁基钢板止水带、预留企口。加工固定橡胶止水带的钢筋，留置预留企口，绑扎钢筋；在预留企口里预埋木方；浇筑双边混凝土至地下室底板和木方表面齐平；首次浇筑后，绑扎地下室底板钢筋，后浇带处采用快易收口网分隔，第二次浇筑后浇带两侧底板混凝土。采用二次浇筑留置的超前止水施工方法，通过预留企口让底板混凝土和超前止水带混凝土连接成整体，提高该处混凝土施工质量，同时提前完成地下室回填，使主体施工尽早完成，采取后浇带超前止水措施，提前停止降水节省资源。
