The invention discloses a buckling-restrained brace device and a mounting method thereof. The buckling-restrained brace device comprises ultra-high performance fiber concrete, a cross-shaped core plate, an outer steel sleeve and an unbonded delaminating layer; the cross-shaped core plate is located in the outer steel sleeve, and the two ends of the cross-shaped core plate extend out of the outer steel sleeve.; the cross core plate and a cavity of the outer steel sleeve are densely filled with the ultra-high performance fiber concrete; the unbonded delaminating layer is bonded at the position of a contact surface between the outer steel sleeve and the ultra-high performance fiber concrete; the ultra-high performance fiber concrete is a cement-based composite material doped with high performance fibers; the cross-shaped core plate plays a role in energy consumption; the outer steel sleeve plays a role in lateral restraint; and the unbonded delaminating layer plays a role in reducing friction force. According to the buckling-restrained brace device and the mounting method thereof, the bearing capacity and the energy dissipation capacity of the buckling-restrained brace can be improved, the size and the weight of members with the same designed bearing capacity grade are reduced, and machining and mounting are convenient.
本发明揭示了一种防屈曲支撑装置及其安装方法,所述防屈曲支撑装置包括超高性能纤维混凝土、十字芯板、外钢套筒及无黏结脱层;十字芯板位于外钢套筒内,十字芯板的两端伸出于外钢套筒;超高性能纤维混凝土致密填充至十字芯板及外钢套筒空腔内部;外钢套筒与超高性能纤维混凝土之间的接触面的位置粘贴有无黏结脱层;超高性能纤维混凝土为掺有高性能纤维的水泥基复合材料;十字芯板起到耗能作用;外钢套筒起到侧向约束作用;无黏结脱层起到减小摩擦力的作用。本发明提出的防屈曲支撑装置及其安装方法,可提高防屈曲支撑的承载能力与能量耗散能力,缩小同等设计承载力等级构件尺寸和重量,方便加工与安装。
