The lower combined plate is detachably connected with the bottom plate, a first clamping groove is formed in the top end of the upper combined plate, a second clamping groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the first clamping groove, of the bottom end of the top plate, and energy consumption blocks are clamped in the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove. Installation is convenient, energy dissipation forms are diversified, damage to the supporting connecting sections can be avoided, and damage to the main body structure under the earthquake effect is effectively reduced.
