Light-weight building material produced from yellow phosphorus slag and production method thereof
The invention discloses a light-weight building material produced from yellow phosphorus slag. The light-weight building material is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 10 parts of yellow phosphorus slag, 7 parts of silica sand, 2-4% of water and 18-20% of phosphogypsum, the invention also provides a production method of the light-weight building material produced by using the yellow phosphorus slag, which comprises the following steps: S1, selection of materials: grinding and screening the yellow phosphorus slag to ensure that the particle size of the yellow phosphorus slag is between 40-50 meshes, and grinding the unqualified yellow phosphorus slag again until the yellow phosphorus slag is qualified. According to the invention, the content of silicon dioxide in the raw materials can be well increased by adding silica sand, and the requirements of expanding at high temperature and reducing the stacking density of the finished product can be met by adding water, so that the light-weight building material is produced. In addition, simultaneous expansion of the yellow phosphorus slag and the ardealite can be achieved by adding the ardealite into the raw materials, so that a new technical direction is provided for absorption of the ardealite, and environmental protection is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种利用黄磷渣生产的轻集建材,包括以下重量份数的原料组分:黄磷渣10份、硅砂7份,以及外加质量分数2%‑4%的水、质量分数18%‑20%的磷石膏;本发明还提出了一种利用黄磷渣生产的轻集建材的生产方法,包括以下步骤:S1、选料:对黄磷渣进行研磨筛选处理,使其粒径分布在40‑50目之间,不合格的黄磷渣重新进行研磨,直至其合格为止。本发明能很好的通过添加硅砂来提升原料中的二氧化硅含量,并通过外加水分的方式,使其能达到在高温条件下膨胀,降低成品的堆积密度,从而生产出轻集建材的要求。并且还能通过在原料中添加磷石膏来实现黄磷渣与磷石膏的同时膨胀,从而为消纳磷石膏提供了新的技术方向,有助于保护环境。
