FRP profile spliced section-UHPC composite beam
The invention discloses an FRP profile spliced section-UHPC composite beam which comprises an FRP spliced component and a UHPC component. The FRP spliced component is located on the lower portion of the composite beam and comprises a T-shaped FRP pultrusion profile, FRP laminated boards, bolts and resin. The T-shaped FRP pultrusion profiles penetrate through the whole beam, webs of the two T-shaped FRP pultrusion profiles are opposite to form an I shape, and the FRP laminated boards are arranged on the two sides of the webs of the FRP I-shaped beam and connected with resin in the thickness direction through bolts to be spliced into the I-shaped beam. The UHPC component is a concrete solid unit and is located on the upper portion of the composite beam. By adopting the spliced I-shaped FRP-UHPC composite beam, the dead weight of the structure is remarkably reduced, the shear strength of the FRP pultrusion profile beam is improved, the problem that the flexural rigidity of a traditional FRP pultrusion profile beam is insufficient due to the production process problem is solved, the mechanical property of the FRP-UHPC composite structure is brought into full play, and the cracking problem of the hogging moment area of the composite beam is effectively avoided.
