The invention belongs to the related technical field of building materials and structural engineering, and discloses an FRP profile-UHPC-recycled concrete composite beam which comprises a formwork, a lower pouring area and an upper pouring area, the lower pouring area and the upper pouring area are sequentially poured in the formwork, the formwork is made of FRP profiles, and the formwork is formed into a groove shape with the two ends closed; the lower pouring area is formed by filling and pouring recycled concrete and forms a tension area of the composite beam; and the upper pouring area is formed by filling and pouring UHPC and forms a pressed area of the composite beam. According to the invention, the excellent compressive property of the UHPC and the excellent tensile property of the FRP can be fully fused, the dead weight of the structure is obviously reduced, the bearing capacity is high, and the material utilization rate is high; in addition, the tensile strength of the concrete is not considered, and the tensile area of the composite beam is filled with the recycled concrete, so that the composite beam is high in economic benefit and good in environmental protection property and has sustainable development value, meanwhile, the composite beam can be fully protected by external FRP profiles, and chloride ion erosion resistance, carbonization resistance and permeation resistance of the composite beam are greatly improved.
