The invention relates to a construction method for stably converting a supporting system after completion of sliding of a large-span steel roof. The construction method comprises the steps that 1, a steel corbel, screw jacks and a pipe support are installed and welded; 2, the pipe support is jacked by jacking cores of the screw jacks, a sliding shoe and a track below a lower chord are dismounted,and a limiting base plate is stuffed; 3, the jacking cores of the screw jacks at each point are synchronously dropped, a truss is descended, and dropping of the jacking cores is stopped when the pipesupport is in contact with the limiting base plate; 4, a steel plate at the top of the limiting base plate is pulled out, and the step 3 is repeated many times till the truss is located on a steel pipe concrete column, and an original design supporting system bears force; 5, a south-side roof steel structure and a north-side roof steel structure are installed; and 6, the step 3 is repeated, the supporting point force of all temporary supporting systems is completely unloaded, and overall stable conversion of the supporting system is completed. The screw jacks and the limiting base plate are arranged on the side face of a steel beam below the rack, synchronous falling of all supporting points on the steel beam is achieved, and stable conversion of the steel roof from the temporary supporting systems to the originally-designed supporting system is achieved.
本发明涉及一种大跨度钢屋盖滑移完成后平稳转换支撑体系的施工方法,包括步骤一:安装焊接钢牛腿、螺旋千斤顶、管托;二:螺旋千斤顶的顶芯顶住管托,拆除下弦杆下的滑靴及轨道,塞入限位垫板;三:各点螺旋千斤顶顶芯同步回落,桁架下降,在管托接触限位垫板,顶芯停止回落;四:抽掉限位垫板顶部钢板,多次重复步骤三,直至桁架落位于钢管砼柱,原设计支撑体系承力,五:安装南侧、北侧屋盖钢结构;六:重复步骤三,所有临时支撑体系的支撑点力完全卸载,完成支撑体系的整体平稳转换。本发明通过在轨道下的钢梁侧面设置螺旋千斤顶及限位垫板,实现钢梁上各支撑点的同步降落,来达到钢屋盖从临时支撑系统向原设计支撑系统的平稳转换。
