The invention relates to the technical field of high speed rail roadbed grouting, in particular to a roadbed grouting lifting control method, device and equipment and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps of acquiring first data and second data; calculating a first height according to the first data and the second data; sending a first control command; acquiring thirddata and fourth data; and calculating fifth data according to the third data, the fourth data and the first height. A roadbed lifting amount is monitored in real timed by means of a displacement sensor and a grouting pressure of each grouting pump is corrected in real time according to the lifting amount, so that the grouting amount is corrected, and therefore, the grouted roadbed reaches a designed lifting amount accurately and stably to avoid problems of excessive or insufficient lifting amount due to excessive grouting pressure or insufficient grouting amount.
本发明涉及高铁路基注浆技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种路基注浆抬升控制方法、装置、设备及可读存储介质。所述方法包括:获取第一数据和第二数据;根据所述第一数据和所述第二数据,计算得到第一高度;发送第一控制命令;获取第三数据和第四数据;根据所述第三数据、所述第四数据和所述第一高度,计算得到第五数据。本发明通过根据位移传感器实时监测路基抬升量,再根据抬升量实时修正各注浆泵的注浆压力,从而修正注浆量,确保注浆路基准确平稳的达到设计抬升量,可有效避免注浆压力过大或注浆量不足而造成的抬升量过大或不足等问题。
