The invention relates to a concrete sulfur-resistant anti-rust corrosion-resistant compacting agent and a preparation method thereof. The concrete sulfur-resistant anti-rust corrosion-resistant compacting agent is prepared from sulfoaluminate, mineral fibers, a surfactant, sodium silicate, sodium nitrite, eleostearic acid, polyurethane resin and water according to a proper proportion. The preparation method comprises the following steps: under a heating condition, dispersing sulfoaluminate in water, adding mineral fibers, uniformly stirring, cooling, adding a surfactant, stirring, mixing, finally adjusting the pH value, adding sodium silicate, sodium nitrite, eleostearic acid and polyurethane resin, and stirring to finally obtain the concrete sulfur-resistant anti-rust corrosion-resistantcompacting agent. When the sulfur-resistant anti-rust corrosion-resistant compacting agent is used in concrete, the sulfur-resistant anti-rust corrosion-resistant performance can be remarkably improved, the waterproof performance is good, the concrete is prevented from cracking, water permeation is effectively prevented, and meanwhile the strength of the concrete can be remarkably improved.
