The invention relates to the technical field of concrete waterproofing, and particularly discloses a preparation method of a concrete self-repairing anti-crack anti-corrosion anti-rust waterproof material, which comprises the following steps: S1, uniformly mixing calcium salt, ferric salt, aluminum salt and a hybrid solution to prepare a precursor solution; the hybrid liquid is prepared by adopting a method comprising the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing alkyl quaternary ammonium salt, phenethyl alcohol and deionized water to prepare an intermediate liquid; (2) adding carbomer into the intermediate solution in batches, and stirring until the intermediate solution is viscous; s2, adding water, silicate, silica sol, triethanolamine, fly ash, 2, 7-diaminofluorene, tetrabutyl phosphorus hydroxide, 1-hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-diphosphonic acid, L-cysteine and a dispersing agent into a stirring kettle in parts by weight, and uniformly mixing to obtain slurry; and S3, slowly adding the precursor solution into the slurry, and stirring for 1-2 hours. The concrete self-repairing anti-crack corrosion-resistant rust-resistant waterproof material has good self-repairing, waterproof and corrosion medium permeation hindering effects.
