The material comprises the following raw materials: epoxy resin, a curing agent, a diluent, aggregate, a modifier, fibers and an anti-aging agent. An old asphalt pavement milling material is recycled and crushed to serve as aggregate, epoxy resin is selected as an adhesive, the epoxy resin is modified through a modifier, and glass fibers or natural fibers are doped into the epoxy resin, so that the transition problem is well solved, and the bumping problem can be well solved; the breaking strength, the compressive strength and the impact resistance of the epoxy resin concrete are improved; aiming at the defectthat the resin concrete is easy to age, the self-made anti-aging agent is added, so that the anti-aging capability and the wear-resisting property of the epoxy concrete are obviously improved; the environment-friendly pavement rapid repair material disclosed by the invention is low in material cost, convenient to operate, economical, applicable, energy-saving and environment-friendly.
