The invention belongs to the technical field of pavement repair, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly pavement rapid repair material and a preparation method thereof. The material comprises the following raw materials: epoxy resin, a curing agent, a diluent, aggregate, a modifier, fibers and an anti-aging agent. An old asphalt pavement milling material is recycled and crushed to serve as aggregate, epoxy resin is selected as an adhesive, the epoxy resin is modified through a modifier, and glass fibers or natural fibers are doped into the epoxy resin, so that the transition problem is well solved, and the bumping problem can be well solved; the breaking strength, the compressive strength and the impact resistance of the epoxy resin concrete are improved; aiming at the defectthat the resin concrete is easy to age, the self-made anti-aging agent is added, so that the anti-aging capability and the wear-resisting property of the epoxy concrete are obviously improved; the environment-friendly pavement rapid repair material disclosed by the invention is low in material cost, convenient to operate, economical, applicable, energy-saving and environment-friendly.

本发明属于路面修复技术领域，具体涉及一种环境友好型路面快速修补材料及其制备方法，该材料包括以下原料：环氧树脂、固化剂、稀释剂、骨料、改性剂、纤维和抗老化剂；通过将旧沥青路面铣刨料经过回收、破碎处理作为骨料，选用环氧树脂做为胶黏剂，且通过改性剂对环氧树脂进行改性，并向其中掺加玻璃纤维或天然纤维，很好地满足过渡问题且能较好地解决跳车问题，提高环氧树脂混凝土的抗折强度、抗压强度和耐冲击性能；针对树脂混凝土易老化的缺点，通过自制抗老化剂的添加，显著提升环氧混凝土的抗老化能力和耐磨性能；本发明公布的环境友好型路面快速修补材料，材料成本低廉，操作方便，经济适用，节能环保。
