Environment-friendly polyurethane pavement material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an environment-friendly polyurethane pavement material and a preparation method thereof in the technical field of polyurethane. The environment-friendly polyurethane pavement material comprises the following components in parts by weight: a component A: 35-45 parts of modified castor oil polyol, 20-30 parts of diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 2-3 parts of 1, 4-butanediol and 1-1.5 parts of dibutyltin dilaurate; the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 9-12 parts of a disulfide modifier, 0.8-1.5 parts of an antioxidant 1010, 1-1.8 parts of ferric oxide, 3-5 parts of bentonite and 25-30 parts of Portland cement; the modified castor oil polyol is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 45 to 65 parts of castor oil, 8 to 12 parts of mercaptoethanol, 50 to 60 parts of ethyl acetate, 10 to 13 parts of glycerol and 0.05 to 0.06 part of sodium hydroxide. According to the present invention, the hydrophobic effect of the material is achieved by replacing the polyether with the mercaptoethanol modified castor oil polyol so as to achieve the technical effect of no foaming in the presence of water, and the prepared disulfide-based modifier is adopted to modify the material so as to improve the mechanical property and the recovery ability of the material.
本发明公开了聚氨酯技术领域的一种环境友好型聚氨酯路面材料及其制备方法,所述环境友好型聚氨酯路面材料包括如下重量份的组分:A组分:改性蓖麻油多元醇35‑45份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯20‑30份、1‑4丁二醇2‑3份和二月桂酸二丁基锡1‑1.5份;B组分:二硫基改性剂9‑12份、抗氧化剂1010 0.8‑1.5份、氧化铁1‑1.8份、膨润土3‑5份和硅酸盐水泥25‑30份;所述改性蓖麻油多元醇包括如下重量份的组分:蓖麻油45‑65份、巯基乙醇8‑12份、乙酸乙酯50‑60份、甘油10‑13份、氢氧化钠0.05‑0.06份。本发明提出通过巯基乙醇改性蓖麻油多元醇代替聚醚的方式,实现了材料疏水效果,进而实现遇水不发泡的技术效果,同时制备二硫基改性剂对材料改性,提高材料的机械性能和回复能力。
