The invention aims to provide a rail elastic strip and a rail fastener assembly; specifically, the structure setting method of an existing elastic strip is changed, a second abutting part is additionally arranged, a rail is more stable and safer under the action of acting force of multiple different parts, and teeth meshed with one another are arranged between contact faces of the rail fastener assembly; all parts of the rail fastener assembly are prevented from loosening through the meshed teeth, and the teeth are one-way teeth and limiting teeth, so that all the parts of the rail fastener assembly are prevented from loosening, and rail fixing and safety are prevented from being affected.

本申请的目的是在于提供轨道弹条及轨道扣件组件，具体是改变现有弹条的结构设置方法，增加第二抵接部，使轨道受到多个不同部位作用力而更加稳定安全，在轨道扣件组件的接触面间设有互相啮合的齿，通过啮合的齿防止轨道扣件组件各部分之间松动，所述的齿是单向齿和限位齿，防止轨道扣件组件各部分之间发生松动，影响轨道固定和安全。
