The invention relates to the technical field of railway engineering, in particular to a mounting tool for a rail elastic strip fastener; the tool comprises a pull plate, a pushing mechanism and a driving mechanism, and one end of the pull plate is provided with a clamping end used for being clamped on an iron base plate of a rail; the pushing mechanism is matched with an elastic strip fastener; the driving mechanism is assembled on the pulling plate, is connected with the pushing mechanism and is used for driving the pushing mechanism to move towards the direction close to the clamping end so as to push the elastic strip fastener until the elastic strip fastener is pressed into an iron backing plate; or the pushing mechanism moves towards the direction far away from the clamping end so as to loosen the elastic strip fastener. According to the mounting tool, one-time in-place installation of the elastic strip fastener can be achieved, the tool is light in weight and convenient to move, compared with automatic equipment, the weight is light, and the labor intensity of workers is relieved; and moreover, the equipment is simple and convenient to operate, the buckling operation of the elastic strip fastener can be completed by holding the mounting tool by hand, the labor is saved compared with pure manual tools, and the field construction efficiency is improved.
