The invention discloses a bridge floor body and a bridge. Guardrails are fixedly connected to the two sides of the outer surface of the upper end of the bridge floor body, a three-way type upper pipeline is arranged on the outer surface of the front end of the bridge main material and connected with drainage systems on the two sides of the bridge girder, and a lower pipeline is arranged in the middle of the outer surface of the front end of the pier and corresponds to the upper pipeline.
