The device comprises a plurality of roller mechanisms arranged in parallel, a first guide wheel mechanism is arranged on one side of each roller mechanism, a second guide wheel mechanism is arranged on the other side of each roller mechanism, a telescopic mechanism is arranged above each roller mechanism, one end of each telescopic mechanism is fixedly connected with a base, and the other end of each telescopic mechanism is fixedly connected with a support; a motor is fixedly connected below the base, an output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with a third transmission wheel, and the third transmission wheel drives the rollers of the roller mechanisms to synchronously rotate through a transmission belt; and guide mechanisms are arranged between the roller mechanisms and the second guide wheel mechanisms and are fixedly connectedwith the base. According to the invention, the function of continuously pulling the whole steel strand is achieved, the labor and time for pulling the whole steel strand are saved, abrasion-resistantrubber is arranged on the surfaces of the rollers, friction force generated when the steel strand is clamped is increased, and the phenomenon that the steel strand is scratched when the steel strandis clamped and pulled is avoided.
