The invention discloses a recyclable spiral steel pipe pile self-balance testing device. The recyclable spiral steel pipe pile self-balance testing device comprises a supporting frame, a fixing plateis arranged on the upper portion of the piston end of a first hydraulic cylinder, the fixing plate is arranged to be a hollow fixing plate, and a second hydraulic cylinder is fixedly installed at theinner top of the fixing plate; the piston end of the second hydraulic cylinder penetrates through the fixing plate and is fixedly provided with a first motor, a second motor fixing box is fixedly installed on an output shaft of the first motor, a second motor is fixedly installed in the second motor fixing box, a gear disc is fixedly installed on an output shaft of the second motor, and the outerside of the gear disc is engaged with four sets of toothed plates; and each set of toothed plates is slidably installed in the second motor fixing box, and clamping claws are fixedly installed at theends, away from the gear disc, of the toothed plates. After testing is completed, the second motor drives the clamping claws to clamp a spiral steel pipe pile, the spiral steel pipe pile is screwed out through the first motor, and finally the spiral steel pipe pile is pulled out through the second hydraulic cylinder.
