The invention discloses a dredging antifouling diffusion device which comprises at least one positioning pile, an antifouling assembly and at least one linear driving piece, the positioning pile is vertically fixed to the ground, the antifouling assembly comprises a cross rod, at least one bubble curtain generation pipe, geotechnical cloth and a balance weight piece, the cross rod is slidably connected to the positioning pile, and the bubble curtain generation pipe is connected to the cross rod; and the geotechnical cloth is connected to the cross rod and arranged below the cross rod, the balance weight piece is fixedly connected to the geotechnical cloth and arranged along the edge of the geotechnical cloth, the linear driving piece is fixed to the positioning pile, and an output shaft ofthe linear driving piece is connected to the cross rod and used for driving the cross rod, the bubble curtain generation pipe, the geotechnical cloth and the balance weight piece to move in the vertical direction.
